About Us Vital Signs was established in 1992 and has been providing fast, reliable, and high quality sign services to our customers ever since. Our philosophy is to keep things simple, easy and fun. Our mission is to provide quality custom sign products at a fair price. Vital Signs provides custom signs and service for our customers in the Pacific Northwest and all over the country. We manufacture our signs in our facility in Portland Oregon so you know you will only get the best quality possible. We pride ourselves on quality construction and outstanding customer service. The very nature of signs is that they need customization to convey a specific message along with your color scheme and logos for customer association. Be sure to contact us with your specific needs so that we can customize the various signs your business needs. At Vital Signs, we manufacture most types of commercial signs. In our Portland Oregon facility we have specialized modern computer aided machines (CAM) to design and produce high quality signs. The plotting, cutting, printing and routing table are interfaced directly to the design computers to deliver the highest quality product possible. Our highly trained designers will work with you to design your project and follow it through the manufacturing process. This combination of design and manufacturing responsibility insure that the final product is of the highest quality possible. With these tools we can produce an unlimited array or combination of vinyl, printed and large raised lettering to be applied to vehicles, buildings, monuments and free standing sign structures. Our service crew can install any style of sign we produce. We are a UL certified shop for manufacturing electrical signs. We manufacture fluorescent signs, channel letters and neon signs. Fiber optics and LED lighting sources have also been used in some custom applications for a very specialized look. We have lots of fun making signs for our clients.
