Banners Banners come in many grades, sizes and configurations. The best and most durable material to use is called "tuff weave" which is the material we use. We keep certain standard sizes in stock for quick delivery while other sizes can be custom made in a few days.. We use 2 primary grades of banner material for different duty or application. For indoor and outdoors we use 13 oz banner material. There are lighter grades available but we feel the best value for a lightweight banner is the 13oz material. For 2 sided banners a 16oz material is used as it has a see through barrier so you will not see shadows from the images and text on the other side. This 16 oz material can also used for more extreme single sided outdoor applications. The most cost effective banners have vinyl lettering and logos applied to them. Digital printed banners are now available which can display virtually any photo or image imaginable. New technology inks used for this outdoor digital printing has improved dramatically in the last few years which results in much higher quality and longevity against UV light outdoors. This new digital printing is currently still more expensive than a simple vinyl banner. Vinyl Banners are very effective, simple and cost effective advertising. Standard vinyl banners have a white background with finished widths of 22", 34" or 46". The top and bottom of these banners are hemmed with grommets placed every 2 feet on all sides. Standard lengths are in 2 foot increments. Other standard features for vinyl banners include: 15 minutes of design time with each order. This is usually enough for most text banners. Grommets are provided on the corners and every 2 feet along the length of the banner. Banner is hemmed top and bottom. 15 words – minimum letter size is 1 inch. 2 colors of vinyl on lettering.

That way we can insure we are making just what you want. After we verify the details for sign with you, we will begin construction and then ship it to you. You will be contacted when your sign is shipped. We normally use Airborne Express for shipping. All major credit cards are accepted. |
