Plastic (PVC) Signs PVC plastic comes in many colors and thickness and is used in many situations because of it low cost and its durability. The thinner sizes are used mostly for small signs as PVC warps very easily after large temperature changes. We use a ½ thick material for a 18 x 24 sign as is preferable to wood as it holds up better to the wet weather here in the pacific northwest. PVC is available in thickness up to 1 thick (white only) which is the thickness we would use for a 4ft x 8 ft sign which has to be around for a long time. We will also laminate aluminum in gold and silver color to the plastic face for an elegant 3-D look to letters and shapes which can be used in a large variety of applications. For indoor signs we will laminate digital pictures to 3mm or 6mm thick PVC and then edge cap the perimeter for some very nice POP advertising or for pictures for setting a theme in your store. To specify and order your PVC Sign: Think about what you would like it to say on your sign and the size you want. Contact us by phone, fax or email to provide the information needed for customization of your sign. A fax with a sketch or picture is a very effective way to communicate ideas. Before construction of your sign is started, our professional graphic designers will be in contact with you using layouts by fax or email to verify the details of your custom sign. That way we can insure we are making just what you want. After we verify the details for sign with you, we will begin construction and then ship it to you. You will be contacted when your sign is shipped. We normally use Airborne Express for shipping. All major credit cards are accepted.
